I specialise in using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) psychometric testing to help people understand the complex world of personality and behavioural preferences. I employ techniques that raise people’s level of self-awareness which allows them to handle difficult situations such as stress and conflict far more effectively. I also show people how to adapt their behaviours and communication in a way that greatly improves their motivational, leadership and team building skills.
